When the government does something wrong, I will always stand up and say so.

It should also be a cautionary tale for people who are just doing this

for curiosity. If there are thousands of other topics they can talk about, talk about those.

Hi Ron, how are you? Hi, franceyh, how are you? Hi, Jim.

Well Ron, when we last talked, you were telling us about this case, a cyber case in which

the government had charged your client with a very, very serious charge in that he traveled to have

sex with a minor and intended and attempted to actually sexually assault a minor. So those are

serious charges and they could lead to sentence up to life imprisonment, right? Right and it was

something that on either charge, he could have gotten either 30 or life, but serious, serious charges,

implication and time. Well, and this is federal, this is a federal case, right, Ron? So

this is a case where the sentence is going to be the sentence and if you have a mandatory minimum

of 30 years, that means a 30-year sentence not to mention all of the registries that he has to

comply with if he were to ever get out of prison. So these are very serious consequences.
