What am I doing?

Often we're very outwardly focused and we can see how other circumstances or people or

things that are happening might be causing us to ramp our anxiety up.

But maybe there's some things that we're involved with ourselves that are causing us to

have more stress than we need.

One of the reasons that anxiety is so hard to move beyond is because it's self-sustaining.

It is a cycle and we keep the fire burning by our reaction so it is very self-sustaining.
