It’s easy to hold onto bitterness and resentment when we feel rejected, so why does God ask us to forgive? In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses five steps we can take to heal from rejection: Recognize when we experience rejection, accept Jesus as the example, let go of our bitterness, receive and believe God’s provision, and accept ourselves. Pastor Allen speaks about how emotions and spiritual forces try to influence us, but following God’s design for relationships brings spiritual freedom. We don’t have to be defined by our pain—God values us, and He has already made provision to accept us into His family.
