How is life?

I am super excited to tell y'all that the husband and I are moving.

It's kind of crazy. But we're moving out of our very first apartment that we ever lived in together.

And it is exciting and scary and sad and um happy all at once so episodes to come for you guys on change and moving because i have a lot of thoughts on it but today, this topic is something that came up for me.

With talking with a client, and I realized it's something a lot of you guys probably have gone

through and maybe are working on is having a parent that's getting divorced or their relationship

status is changing. And I realize that that's getting divorced or their relationship status is changing and I realize that

that's really hard and a big thing to go through so I want to talk about it today and if you

haven't had a parent go through divorce or break up with someone, just know this episode.

I think you can still take away some stuff when you have a person in your life that maybe you feel frustrated or sad about something happening.

I think there's still some good stuff, so stay

tuned. So I was just thinking about how with divorce, one of the things is that it's hard,

right? We want to be sad when our parents get divorced.

And I think it's really important to give yourself permission to feel whatever you're feeling.

And I know that you might not want to feel this way.

Like you might wish you were feeling different.

You wish things were different.

But when our parents get divorced, we kind of want to be sad about it.

We kind of want to be upset.
