All right, welcome to episode 68.

I'm going to get right into it because I wrote an outline for this episode and it's got

a lot of thoughts.

I've just got a lot of feelings.

In this episode, I'm going to talk about big, dick energy part two because I did the

first episode.

You guys all loved it, but then I listened to it again because I just kind of sit around

listening to my own podcast and I realized that there's more to this.

I realized that there's some things that maybe I've learned since I did that episode 30

episodes ago.

That's what I want to talk about today, which is namely the fact that if you want to

become confident, if you want that BDE, then you have to become full of yourself.

And I mean something really specific and it's not what you think.

It's not typical negative, full of yourself.

So I'm really excited to talk about that and I'll get right into it in just a second.
