And today, I want to talk about toxic attraction in a sense. The way in which we, for some flawed human reason, we end up attracted to behavior that is rather toxic. And I'll share a really acute

example of what this looks like in just a second. But I think my big takeaway for this episode

is that, and I'll back into it, is attraction to another person, a potential partner, even a friend.

It should never feel like a test.

And this is something I see so often nowadays that people are constantly testing each other

with toxic behaviors, intentionally playing aloof and being unbothered and intentionally

keeping you at an arm's distance, right?

We can't let our human brains trick us into thinking that is chemistry,

because that's what our brains do.
