Hello everybody!

Welcome back to the Primal Potential Podcast.

I am Elizabeth Benton and I was going through some notes that I made for myself.

I am a rabid note taker.

You should see the chaos that is my day with everything that I scribble down as I journal,

as I work, as I'm on calls.

I regularly make notes in my notes app if I'm outside with the puppy or I'm waiting to

check out at the grocery store and random thoughts come into my head and then I'll take

a couple hours a week, usually 20 minutes here, 20 minutes there and I'll kind of try

to synthesize it all and see if there's anything there that still makes sense.

Sometimes you look back at a note and you can read it but you still have no idea what

it meant.

That happens to me a lot, probably every day.

Anyway, as I was going through my notes, I not only was compiling the last several days

of notes but I was flipping back through the last month and sometimes what I do is if

I notice themes in comments on social media or questions that come into my inbox or conversations

that come up with clients.
