As always, thank you so much for listening. Thank you for supporting me. And today, I want to help you with something that I wrestle with.
1:02.4	I want to share what's helped me push back against thinking, is everyone doing better than me? Is everyone
1:09.1	doing better than me? I don't know about you, but I can't
1:12.5	help but feel this way sometimes. And you know, like technically on paper, I do well for myself,
1:18.7	decently well. There's not much that's like intrinsically missing from my life. And even in a big
1:24.9	way, I've accomplished something that I think a lot of people say they want.
1:28.5	A lot of people say they want to, you know, escape the rat race, escape the grind, escape the
1:33.1	matrix.
1:33.6	And I work for myself.
1:35.3	And I write.
1:36.3	I'm an author.
1:37.2	So I've done this one big thing.
1:40.2	And yet I can't help, but almost perpetually feel like everyone else is still doing better than me in some way.
1:46.9	I can't help but feel like the world is moving fast and I'm moving too slow, that everyone else has found this fast pace.
1:52.6	They're checking things off.
1:53.6	They're getting more out of life.
1:55.5	And I'm just like pulling up the rear.
1:58.0	And as much as I do find centeredness in reminding myself to follow my own pace,
