And today I want to talk about making friends as an adult, something you could probably relate to.

I'm 36, and it's entirely a different ballgame from when I was younger.

It's a challenge.

It's a real challenge.

And you'll see why this topic like firmly sits in the mindset bucket. I'm not so much of a,

you know, tactical tip kind of guy, but this one contains a little bit of that, but it comes from the why, the how comes from the why behind the mindset of making new friends as an adult.

So I just want to take a couple of minutes here to share my experience making new friends

in my 20s and 30s.

And I'll share one like big idea that has helped me.

And I'm calling this whole thing because it's turned into like a method of sorts,

even though you obviously can't, you know, measure down a method to make

friends. But trying to simplify it. I'm calling it the please be as weird as me method, which comes

from recognizing that the goal in adulthood with making friends, it isn't the same as when you're

younger. It isn't to be included.

It is to be understood. And it's a big difference. And from this idea of being understood,
