their year. Will 2015 be your year? If you've made resolutions in the past and you have failed

at them pretty quickly, you're not alone. Most people do. So today I will be discussing all about making the right resolution for yourself

and doing it so that you can manage it and do it so it's easier rather than a big task ahead of you.

Okay, so let's get started on the discussion of making your resolutions. Now, it is the 6th of January. You may have already made your resolutions on the 1st of Jan. You may have made them

before that, but you may not yet have made them. But not to worry, if you've not made them yet,

that's absolutely fine. You can make them as of today. And you can make them easy for yourself.

So as I mentioned yesterday, I've made resolutions in the past and I've

failed pretty quickly a few days into my new year, new me. And that's all because I made my

resolutions too big of a task, too big of a chunk from my brain to acknowledge that I can do it. So if you've made

resolutions of this year, I'm going to lose weight. That's great. That's all well and good. But do you

know how much weight specifically? Do you know what weight you want to be? It's all about how you word it to
