So obviously I'm still going to be doing the weekly podcast, which is the daily ones of a

weekly subject. And this week's subject, surprise, surprise, I'm guessing you've already guessed

it, is all about resolutions. Those new year resolutions that come along every January and probably get broken every February or even mid-Jan.

So if you've decided that you're wanting to make a new start, that you're wanting to be a new you, then this week is going to be perfect for you.

I'm going to be discussing all about making resolutions,

which are the best ones to make. And it's not all about losing weight or quitting smoking or reducing

drinking. It's about bettering yourself in all aspects of your life. I'll be discussing how to

stick to your resolutions, how to make them more manageable, how to get over a bad day when

you possibly don't have a good one on the resolution side of fronts, and continuing

your resolutions past January. I know many times I've made resolutions and come two days into

it, I've decided that I want a takeaway or I want something else or I want

to do this and I don't want to do my resolution. So I know how easy it is to get sidetracked with

resolutions. And sometimes we put too much pressure on ourselves to make them and stick to them
