It's not something we can avoid.

Comes along, and so why is it that some people can do well with it right? We know people

who just do fine with stressful situations, chaos and why do some people do better with it than others? Well, of course

we have our natural tendencies and if you are leaning toward anxiety, if you are somebody who has that kind of a nervous

system, you just have to learn some ways to become more calm around high stress situations and how to deal with them.

Things stress me out and I just know so deeply within me that I don't have to go down the wormhole.
