weeks, throughout my days.

And I do it by focusing on what I'll call a daily mini ritual that I do.

And I focus on the seven major areas of my life,

one for each day of the week.

And I don't spend usually a lot of time focusing

on those particular areas. I just break it down and focus on one area

a day. And it might be something really simple that I do, even just the thought. And so

yesterday was a Sunday, and every Sunday I reflect on how the past week was for me, what worked out

really well, what I would like to have done differently or how I could improve myself.

I just kind of think about it when I go on a walk. Sometimes I journal it. I sit down and

really journal it. If it's something pretty profound

going on in my life, I'll write it down. But a lot of times I just will take a walk or maybe a bath

or some time where I can just kind of sit and relax and think. And so then I'll think about what I want to come into my

life during the next week. So we did that meditation yesterday, a mindset meditation, or rather a

reflection type of meditation. Well, every Monday, this meditation is for a Monday, it is all about your mindset. So I
