Feed them plants.

It's really as simple as that.

Any cut of meat is good, but the fattiest cut is best and throw in some organ meats healthy for us.

The fat contains every mineral vitamin, amino acid, simple sugar, and fatty acid your body requires,

and it's devoid of poisons and fibers that come with plants. I think we're mostly wrong and

we make too complicated of this whole mess. And if you just simply get back to the natural ways

of eating and living, maximize the meat, minimize the plants, cook the plants well and work to get

more fatty, rare to rummy.

The most important thing for all of us is to just go hunt.

That's what they told us.

But maybe it's not true.

I can read all the papers you want.

No matter who you are, someone's going to write a pro and a con.

They're going to be conning us to believe one way or another.

It's like politics, religion, no difference.
