On today's show, we're talking about loop. The important it can play during sex and why it's not a

dirty word. There's an anonymous quote that says, if you truly want to change your life,

you must first change your mind. The reason I went after these words is because I think that's a lot

of what we're talking about when it comes to talking about loop and why loop isn't a dirty word.
