Summary
Be guided in a meditation to detox your thoughts. We launch into a brand new meditation series this week with a meditation to expand your mindset. Detoxing is not so often about cleansing and letting go. Some of the best ways to renew yourself include allowing yourself to expand to more of who you are. Every day this week you'll focus on a meditation technique to help you live your life more authentically. You can do this meditation either seated or walking -- you always have a choice. This is part 1 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Detoxing, Episodes 653-659. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
