Pumped. It's Tuesday. It's podcast recording day. It's funny. I've been aligning podcast recording

0:09.2

day with high coffee day and feeling those vibes.

0:12.4

You are bringing some really good energy. It's also your workout day recently. You've been

0:16.4

moving your workout more towards Tuesdays, which I think gives you an extra amount of

0:20.6

stoke, like a dorphin stoke. We were doing podcasts on Tuesday and workout on Wednesday,

0:24.1

and those were both really heavy coffee days. And I was like, this may not be good for my

0:27.6

long-term trajectory, so I moved them both the same day and workout vibes are so good for podcast

1:06.0

I feel a little bit like antsy all the time right now, and I don't know exactly what's going on.

1:10.4

The way you described it was really interesting. So you told me before the podcast, you're like,

1:13.9

I feel like there's kind of like a background squirrel just infiltrating my brain. I was like,

1:18.7

I've never heard anyone describe anxiety that way, and I'm fascinated by that. Yeah, it's a very

1:22.8

nice squirrel, perhaps to chipmunk even. It's like a totally a welcome visitor. It's just like,

1:28.0

perhaps they've overseed their welcome slightly, you know, like that same energy that I bring to,

1:32.8

like really exciting things or a race or something, is kind of been there when it's 8.30 pm,
