In this episode, I'm sharing my thoughts on hobbies, fun and enjoyment, and mindfulness. So I was looking over the episodes of this podcast just the other day,

and I noticed that quite a lot of them focus on challenges and using mindfulness to help support ourselves through things like

sadness and breakups, stressful times, fear, pain and illness, moving on from being hurt.

Those things have been really important to talk about and I've heard from so many of my listeners who have

written to me to say the podcast has helped them through some really difficult times

and personal problems and I'm so so grateful to be able to do this to create a new

episode each week and reach more people than I ever imagined reaching in my life.
