1:00.0	about something that came to mind this past week. I was in New York for an event put on by a company
1:06.0	called Beyond Yoga, you might know them. They were kind enough to include me, they flew me out,
1:10.5	to take about 50 people through one of my mindfulness and guided journaling
1:15.5	sessions and it was great by the way I love doing those and afterwards I was
1:19.2	talking to a woman who was telling me about some of her frustrations with dating and she was giving me some very valid
1:24.8	frustrations, certainly so, stories of some horrible dates that she went on. Men who didn't really know what they wanted
1:32.1	and kind of toyed with her stories of
1:34.7	incompatibility like laughably so so incompatible and she was just saying
1:39.2	how she was tired of dating she was tired tired of the process tired of the process, tired of the
1:44.0	the highs and lows, tired of the inconsistency, tired of one step forward and then two big steps back.
1:50.0	And again, these were all very, very valid stories. She was telling me and very valid feelings.
1:55.0	And I had a lot of empathy for her, right? She had so much love to give and she wants to give it to someone for it to find its home, but she has no one to give it to.
2:05.3	And that certainly is a kind of like loneliness that is sometimes tough to describe,
2:11.8	but in the face of like her long list of frustrations around recent dates and people and apps and all the noise,
2:17.0	couldn't help but have just like one solution for her, which was, take a break, take a break, take a step back.
2:25.0	Sometimes that's exactly what you need to do when it comes to finding your person, take a break.
