brain's options and the options the brain get some clarity on what we're doing

safe or unsafe.

And I hope this will get some clarity on what we're doing that is keeping our brain feeling that it is either safe or unsafe

because the more safe we can able to stay out of the wormhole.

Our thoughts and emotions are arising through both our conscious and our

subconscious minds and these thoughts and emotions are going to help us to feel either safe or unsafe.

The safe or unsafe kind of feeling, just like all our other feelings that we have are on a continuum.

And so we're always moving back and forth all the time,

heading one way or the other, changing direction.

And keep in mind this safe and unsafe is not black or white on or off,

but it can be ever changing and shifting and how is it changing how is it that it's

shifting that all depends on what we're thinking and what we're feeling and what are

and what are our feelings come from but what we're thinking and from our

both conscious and our subconscious.

And then we've talked about the thoughts and the feelings that can bubble up from the subconscious.

So again, what that's what I'm referring to with there is that people will say oh my goodness that panic attack or that stress overload came from out of the blue like I wasn't doing anything. I wasn't in an uncomfortable

situation and those kinds of situations we want to look to the subconscious

for where that may have bubbled up from.
