about leaning into the negatives to get the positive And what I mean by that starts with something that

Burnay Brown once said. She said, sometimes bravery feels like fear. Sometimes

bravery feels like fear. I love that, right? It makes so much sense, it's so true in our lives.

Without fear, there is no bravery. To do the strong brave thing,

you need to overcome something, some fear. Otherwise you're just

doing something without any challenge without really thinking about it. And I think this is a

really powerful thing to call out. Sometimes one feeling, one emotion, feeling like another.

And oftentimes it's a negative emotion first and then a positive emotion second.

A negative emotion, fear, masks the potentially positive one, bravery, or rather, and I'll

get specific here, sometimes in my experience, emotions camouflage each other. Sometimes the emotions we

we feel confuse us because we confuse one for another or we only see one

instead of what's on the other side. Sometimes the most powerful emotions are the ones that feel like everything you're trying to avoid.

They are objectively the negative ones, the uncomfortable ones, but that's where the real message is. the

uncomfortable ones, but that's where the real magic happens.
