Pause pause I want to help us reframe a couple of limiting mindsets that I see so often. I want to help us reframe. That is, reframe the condemning judgmental ideas we have about ourselves.

I'm single because there's something wrong with me.

I haven't found my dream job. I haven't made my millions yet because there's something wrong with me. I haven't found my dream job. I haven't made my millions

specifically timing in life, right? I am not blank yet. I don't have

still eludes us. I want to help us reframe that so we don't revert to what I see so many

people do, myself included, which is we blame ourselves. We think this is happening

because there's something wrong with me right that's the reason that could be the only reason why I'm at fault there's something wrong with me and you know of course take what I'm about to say here, which is pure undiluted optimism, and take it alongside

While what I say is true and is meant to lift you up, it needs to be accompanied by pure unadulterated, undiluted effort too, right?
