practices that will really help you to quiet your anxiety. So let's get started right in. Let's just jump right into how we can quiet the anxiety.

There's always so much going on and like I said we're all, so we come at this from different angles.

And let's see if one, two, three, four, or five of these seven practices can help you. The first one that I have listed out

here today is to keep your gratitude journal. Many people haven't started this

yet and I'm surprised because it's kind of easy.

You can do it anywhere.

You can do it on your phone.

You could do it in a paper journal.

You could actually read it into your phone recorder, and keep it that way, keep a running

journal of that, of your gratitude, might be kind of cool to listen back to it instead of reading them back.

But the point is not even to go back to them, but to actually get them down on paper.

There's so much that we are able to do to our brain when we are actually

being aware of our gratitude. So it's about being aware of it and putting it down on paper.

Write down at least three things. I always say three to five, but at least get started with three things that you're grateful for every single day.

You could do this first thing in the morning, you could do it at your lunch break, you know, right before you go to bed or any time during the day that's convenient for you.

When you're writing in your journal, avoid over complicating it. And by that I mean just
