Hey guys, welcome back to the podcast.

We get a two for one this week.

I love it so much when there gets to be couples on the podcast. And this happens to be a couple that I just think the world of. Ryan and Jody, thanks so much for being on the podcast with me today.

We're happy to be here. Ashley, thanks for inviting us. So our paths crossed in the wildest of ways. We were in this, I'll call it like a couple's mastermind week of sorts that we had the

opportunity to go on.

We didn't know anyone really when we were invited to this event, but we quickly got to

know one another.

And Eric and I both just had such a great time with the two of you and found that our values

were just aligned in so many different ways. And of course, we share the Western industry. So to just

get to share your story today, I'm so excited for what everyone's going to get to listen to.

We too really enjoy getting to know you guys and look forward to more times together and fun

things, especially as many markets as you go to. We get to continue hanging out with you and get to know your kids.
