about moving forward with courage. It's a good time to be talking about courage and it takes

courage to live daily with so much stress and anxiety and to still be able to move forward. So my point to you all who are

listening is that just the fact that you are moving forward is showing me that you have courage.

So take heart, keep going, give yourself a little bit of a pat on the back for being able

to show up with courage. When we let go of one thing,

we're actually free then to hold on to another thing. And as we let go of the things that hold us back or able to

grab hold of the things that will propel us forward. There are many many things that we can use to help move us forward. So I want you to start with the things that inspire you the most and work from there.

That is what will keep us going,

is if we are inspired.

And that's where we want to start.

We don't want to start with the hard things first. We want to show ourselves that we can actually do this. We can let go of some of the old so that we can grab hold of that next rung on the monkey bars so that we can go forward.
