My name is Greg Klunis and in this episode we are looking at how we can hit the snooze button less.

We're looking at some of the consequences of snoozing wide. It's really not an

habit that we should be involved in and we look at the

potential solutions how do we avoid it how do we improve our ability to get out of

bed in the morning and actually capitalize on the sleep quality that we might have gotten

rather than setting ourselves up for failure. So this should be a super good episode. Now,

before we go into it here's a really non-controversial

statement voting should be free fair and safe. I think we can all agree with that, right? This is one of the things that makes the United

States one of the greatest countries in the world. Now, the other day I brought my mom out to

vote, it was her first general election so she was pretty excited and while we're online she kept saying how she expected to see armed police officers patrolling because it turns out that in Jamaica, where I'm originally from, voting and politics in general is a remarkably dangerous thing.

Every election, people are killed just for voicing their opinions and supporting one party over the other.

And this is true in so many countries so it's critical that we as American citizens

protect the right to vote here in the United States.

We live in a democracy.

Demand that your elected officials have the time to count every single vote in the 2020 elections and every election going forward.

Decision makers nationwide want to make it harder to get every ballot counted and every voice heard.

Don't let this stop you from taking a stand to protect your voting and your civil rights.
