Summary
Be guided in a meditation to overcome loneliness as you hold your hands in a mudra. This mudra is helpful in overcoming fear which often contributes to loneliness. It's a mudra that also supports your immune system if you suffer from allergies. You can do the meditation without doing the mudra. I always leave a photo of each week's mudra on my website at www.SipandOm.com, and sip and om's FaceBook page. This is part 4 of a 7-Part Meditations on Loneliness, Episodes 611-617. As always, you don't have to do the meditation techniques -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
