We were recently watching the movie Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with our kids.

And in the movie, if you've seen it before, read the book, there is a golden ticket

hidden in the side of five

chocolate bar wrappers and it's across the world. And whoever finds it can enter the chocolate

factory and win a lifetime supply of chocolate. Well, I don't have a lifetime supply of chocolate

to offer you, although I wouldn't mind

one for myself. But how about a lifetime supply of clients? Raise your hand if you're in for that.

I believe that you already have everything you need to grow your business right in your own network,

your own personal golden ticket.

All right, biz chicks, you already have a golden ticket for your business, a pass that will

grant you access to amazing opportunities, but are you using it to its fullest?

Your golden ticket is your network. It is made up of the people you are already connected to,

and more importantly, the people they are connected to. Your network is not just the people you know professionally. It includes

your hairdresser, your child's soccer coach, and your elderly neighbor. We often dismiss these people

because they are not our ideal clients. The thing is, the person you are directly connected to

is likely not the one who will hire you. It is the

person they know. It is their network. I see this happen all the time and hey, I will call

myself out on this one as well. People have the most amazing networks, but they hesitate to reach out

to people. I created a simple

six-step process for us to think about when we want more clients. Let's go through the six

steps together. One kiss. Keep it simple, sister. What do you do and who do you do it for? It should be very easy for you to share that and create curiosity in the process.
