Curious about protein smoothies? Here's one of my fave smoothie recipes that mimicks the "Shamrock Shake" from McDonalds! Lately, the most common way I make my shakes are the two variations below:

Choc/PB

  • 1/2 can light coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 2 tsp sunflower butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (here's the one I use)
  • pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
  • water as needed for desired thickness

Vanilla/Berry

  • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk of choice (I usually do cashew) - water is fine, too
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (here's the one I use)
  • pinch of pink himalayan sea salt
  • water as needed for desired thickness

If you have a question for a future episode, submit them here.
