I am so pumped to dive deep into the subtypes of Enigram three with you today.

If you've been a friend of the podcast for a while,

then you know I believe subtypes offer us more distinction

in the Enigram types than any other element of the Enigram. The work of Beatrice Chestnut is my personal favorite subtype work, so as I mentioned in our intro episode,

I would be heavily referencing her work in this series. Her book is the complete inagram so definitely grab it up if you want to go deeper.

For now let's dive into some types of type 3. I want to be clear that if you were still getting your bearings with what

As a refresher, there are three subtypes of each anyagram type, social, self-prez, or sexual.

We all have three subtypes, but typically we have one that is dominant, one that is repressed, and one that is secondary.
