This is really coming from my intellectual research and understanding of the type structure,

different for you, also fine. I want to preface this with that that you're the knower of you, which I think most type 8s don't struggle with that as much but

learned along the way so some signs that self-care might be neglected for our type 8s so I think of

these as like warning signals that maybe you need a little bit of self-care.
