Anya is a sustainable food expert and the co-founder and CEO of Bel Campo.

She's also appeared as a judge on the Food Network's TV show Iron Chef America and the

next Iron Chef.

Now, if you follow me on Instagram, you no doubt have seen my stories where I share

my food pictures from Bel Campo or you might have caught my recent experience up at Bel Campo's

meat camp.

Bel Campo is a chain of restaurants, a very small chain in Los Angeles, in the Bay area,

and now they have a new location in New York City, which double as butcher shops.

You can get meat in any of their locations and all of their food.

All of the meat comes from this gorgeous farm in Northern California at the base of the

beautiful Mount Chastamounten or actually it's a volcano.

They are so passionate about growing, humanely raised, sustainably produced meat.

All of their meat comes from grass-fed animals who live out these wonderful lives.

The fact that you really should vote with your wallet for animals that have only one bad

day essentially.
