So according to the National Sleep Foundation, we need about 7.1 hours of

sleep per night to feel good, but 73% of us fall short of that goal on a regular basis.

In fact, one in three of us suffers from poor sleep,

and we can blame stress, electronics, being connected 24-7,

and taking work home with us, but ultimately, whether or not we

nights is more than just bad moods and a lack of focus. Sleep deprivation can have a significant effect on our physical health and of course it can have a massive massive effect on our mental health.
