So this is an episode to remind us that each 180 you make in life, it's a chance to

discover a new part of yourself, to discover more joy, to discover new joy or joy you've forgotten still exists.

Really, I just want to remind us that, you know, so often we think of life as this linear journey, a straight path from,

literally from birth to death, and it doesn't have to be that way.

We have so much potential to take side roads,

side quests to make 180s to reinvent ourselves along the way.

I saw a tweet the other day from someone on

Twitter named Canica chowdery and it said the following it said I'm addicted to

biographies of dudes born in the early 1900s. They were constantly doing

one 80s. They served in the war, then became a professional boxer. After that

they were a commercial pilot. After that they eventually got their big break in the 50s and became an A-list actor.

Then they lived out the remaining days as a fishing guide in the Caribbean.
