Let's go. Oh, All right. Welcome to episode 606. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of new mindset who this as always

thank you so much for listening thank you for supporting me and today I want to

visit something I wrote on Instagram the other day maybe you saw saw it, maybe you didn't. But I wrote the following. I said,

if you've been hurt or let down and you find yourself wondering, how could someone treat me like this?

Remember this. You are not them. You are the kind of person who stays up late to listen to a friend's

worries, who goes the extra mile to make others feel valued, who gives love freely. You've known

darkness, but you still offer your light to others. The thought of causing

someone else pain breaks your heart. That is why their actions confuse you. You can't

understand their actions because they're not in your nature.

Kindness and empathy are ingrained in who you are.

Embrace this difference.

You are built to uplift others, not bring them down.

You are not them, and that is your strength. And you know I wrote

that the other day and I was reflecting on this a bit more today I really try to

live by this. Specifically this as as someone who puts himself out there

on the internet and a lot of my friends,

I surround myself with people who do a lot of creative things,

a lot of ambitious things, a lot of, you know, vulnerable emotional things in life.
