Hello, bonjour everyone. Welcome to episode 60. So this episode today is going to be around boredom, kind of lockdown edition. I've had so many requests for an episode based around how to kind of deal with a lockdown. But I thought that the advice that I give you on this will of course be targeted to anyone who is in lockdown,

but also for anyone who's bored or who in general feels that they kind of have plateaued or they're

stagnating in their life and they're just kind of feeling like it's groundhog day every day.

So you don't necessarily have to be in a lot.

Lockdown kind of just highlights that to a crazy degree, but you don't have to be in a lockdown for this episode

to be of value to you. So definitely if you feel that you're, you kind of find yourself in a slump

if you are somebody that is legitimately struggling with mental health problems, that has to be
