And if you're new here, I've lost 125 pounds after an entire adulthood of constant constant yo-yo dieting. Up-down, up down, up-down again. My gosh. Finally, I just got sick and tired of that, decided I wanted to lose weight and keep it off. I didn't want to gain it back. I really see it's the gaining it back bit. That's the part I didn't like. I mean, yeah, weight loss sucks.

But it really sucks to lose weight only to gain it all back. Eventually, I just started to hate dieting because it just seemed like it always ended in failure. Then one day, something changed. I decided to focus on something different. Now, if you're looking for weight loss advice

from somebody that learned this stuff from a book

that's never had to do this before,

well, you're in the wrong place.

Because here, you're going to learn practical,
