I've lost 125 pounds myself after an entire adulthood of chronic yo-yo dieting. Up, down,

up, down, up, down again until my mid-30s. I finally decided to get my act together and make

some permanent, meaningful,

and lasting changes and cutting out this yo-yo dieting bull crap that I had been doing because

it wasn't working and I was done with it. And you know what happened? When I made some permanent

changes, made my actual baseline lifestyle different when I lost the weight, it started to stay off.

And now I'm here teaching people

like you how to get the same results in your life. Because this journey has transformed me.

Not because I lost weight. That's the interesting thing. The weight loss was the byproduct

of the actual change I was making.

The way I think of my weight loss, it's I outgrew my weight. I reached a place where I decided I no

longer needed it. And it's not that I didn't need the weight. It's I didn't need the behaviors

that were creating the weight gain in's I didn't need the behaviors that were creating

the weight gain in the first place. If you want to lose weight and keep it off forever, you have to

address why the weight showed up in the first place. If you don't address why it showed up,

it is more than likely going to show up again. It is more than likely going to

show up again. Because it's just like taking an aspirin for a headache. You can get a headache

and take an aspirin. You may not know the headache is there, but once that aspirin wears off
