Hello everybody and welcome back to I just want to talk about the Bible.

If this is your first time joining us, I just want to say welcome, and then I'm so glad to have you here.

My name is Christian Keeter and my family and I live in North Carolina on the east coast of the U.S. I am on staff at an international

discipleship ministry and I also just felt really called to the Lord to start a podcast on the

side. I talk about all of that in episode one introduction. And also in episode one, I talk about the scope of this podcast.

And I just want to reiterate that here, because I don't necessarily expect you to stop this

and go listen to that right now, although it would be okay if you wanted to. But basically,

the scope of this podcast is going to fall under three primary headers. The first one is just what God is

teaching me, what he's showing me. I just want to share it with you guys because I believe that

if it originated with him and I share it with you guys, it'll have power and it'll affect you,

that it'll impact your life the way that it impacted mine. The second category is a question

and answer. And then The second category is a question and answer.

And then the third category is just hopefully giving you guys tools on how to read the Bible

better, how to understand it better, what even to do with the Bible because it's such a big book

and large portions of it are very confusing. And we typically just spend time in a few specific sections

of it because we don't really know what to do with the rest sometimes so those are the three

categories today's episode is going to fall under the first category what the lord has been

showing me and it's a little bit different of an episode because what I'm actually

going to do, I'm recording this introduction right now, but I'm going to include the audio for a lesson

that I just gave a couple of days ago, actually this past weekend, at the ministry that I'm on staff

with, mentoring men for the master. I had the opportunity and

privilege just to be able to share with the class. And so I am going to include that here.
