started. And we're back with another episode of He Said, She Said. And we're literally back from the

longest freaking car ride. So context, we decided that we would go back to Arizona to spend Thanksgiving.

This is Thanksgiving weekend right now as we record this.

So I would go back to Arizona to do Thanksgiving with the family, which is awesome, super fun.

We love doing that.

But this time we decided not to fly with the dogs.

We decided to drive for some crazy reason. I don't doing that. But this time we decided not to fly with the dogs. We decided to

drive for some crazy reason. I don't know why. But we drove and it was almost eight hours going there for what's normally a five and a half hour trip. And it was over seven and a half hours coming back for what's normally five and a half hour. Now that was to be expected, right? Busiest travel days of the year, blah, blah, blah, all that stuff. But when you're stuck in a car that long. It's like creeping along traffic and you're at like a 15 mile per hour. It's like when you feel like you're not making progress in that, you're a little like, oh God. If I was driving at normal highway speeds for seven and a half hours, it wouldn't bother me because progress feels good. Isn't that the truth? So anyhow, Lori and I have become very good at using that time wisely.

We listened to podcasts, we listen to books. We generate really good conversation between the two of us. And talk through things that we like know we need to talk through for the next year, whatever's going on in our life or business or relationships or planning. And so one of the things that we did is,
