We start with new developments in the killing of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson.

The suspect Luigi Mangione was denied bail during his court appearance in Pennsylvania this afternoon,

and is now fighting extradition to New York where he faces a murder charge.

The 26-year-old could be heard yelling in part, quote, it's completely out of touch and an insult to the intelligence of the American people.

Its lived experience, as he was escorted into court. Mangione was arrested on a gun charge Monday

after being picked up while eating at McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania.

Extradition is a process where one state is requesting you because of the crimes you've committed there.

And you have every right as a criminal defendant to say, hey, I'm not waiving anything.

I'm going to fight extradition.

That's fine.
