The man suspected of killing United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson is fighting his extradition to New York.

Luigi Mangione is facing five charges there, including murder, and was denied bail during a court

appearance in Pennsylvania.

The 26-year-old could be heard yelling as he struggled with police ushering him into the courtroom.

And clearly out of dust and insults the intelligence of the American people

experience. Mangione's lawyer told CNN he's not convinced New York officials have the right guy.

I haven't seen any evidence that says that he's the shooter.

I've seen zero evidence at this point.

According to the complaint, NYPD's chief of detectives says Mangione was found with multiple

fake IDs and a 3D printed

gun with a suppressor when he was picked up by police at a McDonald's in Pennsylvania on Monday.

The beaches are empty in Malibu as a wildfire tears through swaths of the Southern California

coastline. The Franklin Fire blaze is consuming homes

and vehicles, forcing nearby university students to shelter in place and residents to flee their homes.

Woke everybody up, got everybody in the car. Nobody had time to get dressed. Everybody jumped

in the car as I get out here. The LA County Fire Department

issued evacuation orders or warnings for about 18,000 residents and more than 8,000 homes and

businesses, as red flag warnings continue. In its latest update, Cal Fire said strong winds helped

spread the fire across 3,000 acres, with none of it contained.

And the winds are expected to ramp up again this morning, but they're not set to be as bad as
