Monday, March 4th. Mediators from Egypt, Qatar, and the US are meeting in Cairo

to untangled deadlocked ceasefire talks.

While in Washington, Israeli War Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz

is meeting with top US officials, including Vice President

Kamala Harris.

Gantz is one of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's main political rivals,

and it doesn't seem like Netanyahu is on board with a trip.

Israel's public broadcaster Khan said the Prime Minister instructed the Israeli embassy not to facilitate the visit.
