March 4th. I want to start by thanking the Supreme Court for its unanimous

decision today. It was a very important decision. I think it will

go a long way toward bringing our country together, which our country needs.

Former President Donald Trump is celebrating the fact that he could stay on ballots nationwide.

The Supreme Court unanimously ruled today that he could not be removed from the ballot in

Colorado or in any other state ahead of Super Tuesday tomorrow, when more than a dozen states, including Colorado, will hold primaries.

The decision follows months of debate about whether Trump's actions on January 6, 2021 violated

the 14th Amendment's insurrectionist ban and disqualified him from office.

A five-member majority said Congress would need to act before states could remove federal

candidates from the ballot based on the insurrectionist ban.

Four justices disagreed.

Now this isn't the last case involving the former president the court will hear this term.
