So I introduced you. Tell us more about yourself.

So I am originally from Long Island, New York. I moved down to South Florida when I was 19 years old and met my husband. We recently moved to Pittsburgh about three and a half, four years ago for his job,

and we've been here ever since. My children are nine and seven, and Olivia is in fourth grade,

Jack is in first grade. Life's going well. Every show, we love to start off with our guest's

personal motto or a favorite quote. Would you like to share one with us today?
