tricky mother and daughter-in-law relationships. Barbara and Stacey Riyoc are a mother and daughter-in-law pair

who authored the book Making Room for Her, where they share biblical wisdom for a healthier

relationship with your mother or daughter-in-law. Barbara is the author of A Better Than Anything

Christmas and is also the former director of the Children's Division

at Bible Study Fellowship International. Stacy is a pastor's wife, mother of four, and the author

of Wilderness Wanderings, finding contentment in the desert times of life. She has written for

various ministries, including Desiring God, the Gospel Coalition, and Revive Our Hearts.

Well, I met Barb when I was in high school.

I was just 17 years old when Ben and I started dating.

I wasn't even a believer then,

but I really liked her. I was really drawn to her. She was just warm and hospitable and easy to talk to. So Ben and I, we dated a couple years and we broke up for a couple years, which was
