Thank you for joining me again this week.

This week's curriculum is jumping around a little bit in Loveticus, of course,

but it finishes the book of Exodus from chapters 35 to 40, and then just hits four chapters

in Mavidicus, the first chapter, fourth, 16th, and 19th. So we're skipping a lot of the details

of the mosaic observances. You can read the chapter headings and get a pretty good idea of what they're

covering in that chapter in terms of explaining the very specific rituals and other observances

that God stipulated in the law of Moses. I'm going to not do any current events today, but I kind of will at the end.

It's just a continuation of the extra podcast that I did on defending motherhood that you may

have been a little surprised or confused about because, you know, I don't usually do that.

But that's why there was an extra podcast last week and my thanks to Doug Larson, as usual,

for getting a quick turnaround on that one because it was a very current subject in social media

for a lot of church members. So if you haven't had a chance,

I would invite you to go listen to that, especially you at home mothers or past or present,

or just that have a desire for that because it's not always possible. And that's okay,

but some interesting things in the social media Firestorm that

happened recently. And I'm going to comment a little bit more on that at the end,

briefly and kind of going a little different direction, but I hope you'll stay tuned for that,

and I hope that it's a good follow-up to what's out there.

Now, let's talk about a little bit what's going on.

I'm not going to get into a lot of verses from the scripture until we get to

Leviticus 19, but we are hearing a lot about the details of Mosaic law. Remember, the people were offered a higher law,
