Here we are on a Friday again, and I'm into it.

I'm here for you Friday and here for you listening for another Friday five, where we switch it up a bit from our usual Monday through Thursday inspiration

and list five things from random lists of my choosing and your choosing to,

since I sometimes ask you what you want to hear from me.

Always want to know that.

Today, after thinking all week about joy coming from our service to others,

I thought it might be good to talk to you about some practical

everyday ways to do just that. A lot of you are doing that right now. So let's talk five awesome

ways to serve each other on the show today to share ideas so we can do some more of that.

We'll link those things in the show notes. But back to business. I asked you what ways you serve

others in a practical everyday way, and you responded by telling me

some of those, and so I combined some of my thoughts with yours to make our Friday five list today.

So here they are. Number one, one way to serve people is to feed people. This was a popular one from a

lot of you. Feeding people is a way to serve them and in turn bring our heart's joy.

I know sometimes this does feel like a hassle. We're all super busy, have lots going on.

But taking a meal to someone or preparing a meal for someone and having them over is such a

gift that we give others to nourish a body. It's really to nourish a soul and God made it that way and he has
