and fellow podcaster, Heather McFadion, of the wildly popular God-centered mom podcast to our show today.

I did Heather's show back last summer, and I pretty much demanded she become friends with me after

that.

and one of the unique bonds Heather and I share

was that our precious dads both went to heaven recently.

So we both know about that ache.

Whenever I talk to moms about mom guilt,

I like to make the distinction between conviction and condemnation.

Because oftentimes we as moms will beat ourselves up and condemn ourselves.

And that is not from the Lord. It says in Romans and Paul's letter that there is therefore

now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. But we do have a convictor.
