And today, I want to talk about one of the simplest things I've found that you can add to your daily routine that I believe will make the biggest difference.

I would argue that it's even the simplest thing that you can add or the simplest thing that

you can do.

I was reading something by a guy named Robert Green.

He wrote the book book Laws of Human

Nature, 48 Laws of Power. He talks about this concept of your mind being like a landscape.

And it can either be a desert or it can be a jungle. The desert, you know, there's not much variety,

not many plants, you know, not many different animals.

You know, there's life, but there's not much of it.

It's bland.

It's not all that exciting.

Then you have the jungle, and the jungle is rich with vegetation, with wild animals, right?

I always love those nature shows like planet Earth, and the jungle episodes were always the best ones.

And both of these two situations are

self-creating dynamics. You know, the dead environment, the desert, it slowly becomes more and more

uniform, right? Almost more boring. While the ecologically rich environment in the jungle,

it's a self-creating habitat. The richness of the plants

and the wildlife continue to grow and form more and more diverse forms of life. And this is an
